GoTV

GoTV is a well funded mobile video production house. Their partners include, univision, the Improv, Verizon, Sprint, Cingular and many other top brands. Subscriptions to the GoTV channels are sold via SMS and even more so through the GoTV website. GoTV's website was not able to process orders correctly, an obvious roadblock to corporate success. Not only were sales not processing, but the site was live and advertising and marketing partners were well in to their strategic rollouts. Time, efficiency and effectiveness were absolutes. The Di-F team rebuilt the entire Flash cart sales process from scratch along with design and usability recommendations, which were well received from the entire GoTV team. An XML feed was providing the necessary data, hence Di-F recreated the entire Flash piece to efficiently process the user requests in an intuitive manner in which the user's experience gliding them through the signup process with no hitches. The project was entirely successful prompting GoTV to contract Di-F for a second phase which placed the Flash sales piece on partner sites such as Univision, Guerilla Union and TechTV. Di-F communicated diriectly with the secondary clients on GoTV's behalf with successful, custom deliveries every time.
